LEGIONELLA RISK ASSESSMENT
A risk assessment is an important step in protecting your workers and your business, as well as complying with the law.
We will survey and assess all water systems on your site. All relevant managements systems will be scrutinised. The assessor will then analyse all data collected and compile a structured document giving a detailed assessment each water system and the relevant management systems in place. Recommendations will be made for bringing systems into compliance.
Domestic water system monitoring
To ensure Legionella risks are kept as low as possible, water systems must be monitored and maintained.
We can design, implement and carry out a water management program appropriate to your systems including: Provision of a water system management log book, Routine Inspections, water temperature monitoring and record keeping.
Testing of water quality is an essential part of the treatment regime, particularly in cooling towers. These tests serve to demonstrate if adequate control is being achieved. The type of tests required will depend on the nature of the system.
We undertake testing in accordance with ISO 11731:1998 and analysis is performed within a UKAS accredited laboratory.
